Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Route Posters at route-posters.com (the "Service"), operated by 1UP Media ("we", "us", "our"), a company based in Sweden.
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Route Posters is a free, browser-based tool that lets you create printable poster artwork from GPS track files (GPX, TCX, FIT, KML). All processing happens in your browser — no files are uploaded to or stored on our servers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
The Service is provided free of charge and as-is, without any warranty of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, error-free, or that exported files will meet your specific print requirements.
You own your data. Your GPS files and the posters you create remain yours. Because all processing is done locally in your browser, we never receive, store, or claim any rights over your GPS data or poster output.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any GPS data you upload (e.g., that you are not uploading someone else's private activity without permission).

The Route Posters website, brand, and software are owned by 1UP Media and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service's code or design without our prior written permission.
Race names and logos mentioned on the site are the property of their respective race organizers and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.
The Service may display ads via Google AdSense to support its operation. Ads are only shown after you give explicit consent. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1UP Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed €50 (fifty euros).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also submit a complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
