Turn your 10K GPS file into a wall poster
A 10K race or run produces a GPS track that captures the precise shape of your route — every corner, every hill, every straight. Route Posters reads GPX, TCX, FIT and KML files from any platform or GPS device and renders that track into a stylised poster layout. The editor reads your stats directly from the file: distance, total time, average pace and elevation gain (when available) are placed automatically in the stat layout you choose.
The 10K distance is popular for its versatility — it appears in city classics like the Vitality London 10,000 and the Peachtree Road Race, as well as park runs, charity runs and training loops. The design tool works equally well for all of them: just drop in your file, choose a style and adjust the headline. There is no minimum or maximum distance requirement.
Export your finished design as a PNG or a print-ready PDF at 300 dpi. The canvas is proportioned for standard poster sizes (A3, A2, 50×70 cm) and prints sharply at professional print shops. No watermark, free to use, no account or sign-up required.
How it works
- 1
Get your GPS file
Export a GPX, TCX, FIT or KML file from Strava, Garmin Connect, Apple Fitness, Wahoo, Suunto, Polar or any GPS device. Every activity export will work.
- 2
Design your poster
Upload the file, select a preset or build your own style, edit the headline and toggle which stats to show. The preview updates instantly.
- 3
Download and print
Export a 300 dpi PDF or high-resolution PNG. Print at A3, A2 or any poster size at home or at a print shop.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I make a poster from a 10K race or a training run?
- Yes — the editor accepts any GPS file regardless of distance. Whether you ran a 5K park run, a 10K race, or a 15K training loop, you can upload a GPX, TCX, FIT or KML file and create a poster from it.
- My 10K file doesn't have elevation data. Will the poster still work?
- Yes. Elevation data is optional. If it is absent, the elevation gain stat is simply hidden from the layout. Distance, time and pace are derived from coordinates and timestamps, which are present in nearly all GPS exports.
- Which apps can export a GPX or FIT file for a 10K run?
- Strava, Garmin Connect, Apple Fitness, Nike Run Club (via Strava sync), Wahoo, Suunto, Polar, Coros and Komoot all support GPX or FIT export. On Strava, open the activity, click the three-dot menu and select "Export GPX".
