A 10K run down Peachtree Street in Atlanta, starting at Lenox Square in Buckhead and finishing in Piedmont Park. The point-to-point course is net downhill but includes a notable climb past the midpoint, the stretch near Piedmont Hospital nicknamed Cardiac Hill. It is the world's largest 10K, capped at around 60,000 participants and traditionally held on the Fourth of July.
